UPS 2nd DAY
Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR
Delivery is guaranteed the next business day.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM EST will begin processing that day (holidays are an exception) and will ship within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. All orders placed after 1PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 1PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Honeybee Collection will contact you via email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer Saturday delivery.
If there is any problem with your shipment, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment or call us at 404-915-2738.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund. Please be aware that any item showing signs of wear, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
1) Returns will not accepted without an RA# (return authorization number). Email us at email@example.com and briefly explain the nature of the return and a customer service representative will contact you with a RA#.
2) Please write the RA# on the outside of the box. Packages will not be accepted without the RA#. Please keep the RA# for your records as it will be needed to check the status of your return.
3) Make sure items are in their original product boxes.
4) The return package must be post marked within 10 business days of receipt, after this time the RA# becomes void.
5) Make sure to choose a shipping method that has a tracking system.
